A Final Fantasy XII-ből készülő PlayStation 4-átirat elég látványosan fest.

A már egy évtizede kiadott Final Fantasy valahol félúton jár az eredeti PS2-es kiadás és egy új AAA cím, például a Nioh között grafikailag, viszont ennek ellenére sem nevezhető csúnyának a Zodiac munkarendszerrel felújított The Zodiac Age (ez eddig csak a felfrissített japán változatokban volt elérhető!). Az új(abb) grafika mellé új audió is jár, ugyanis a soundtracket a Square Enix újrarögzítteti, hogy modernebb hangzást kapjon.

A Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age PlayStation 4-exkluzívként 2017 folyamán fog világszerte megjelenni.
