Gran Turismo Sport: felkészülés a jövőre?

Kazunori Yamauchi, a Gran Turismo kiötlője és a fejlesztő Polyphony Digital főnöke burkoltan a jövőre célzott.

Az ausztrál Findernek lehetősége volt egy stúdiótúrán résztvenni, ahol Yamauchi azt mondta, hogy a Gran Turismo Sporthoz létrehozott assetek (textúrák, autók, ilyesmi) a PlayStation 4 Pro-n túl gondolkodik:

„Hat hónapig tart egy autót létrehozni. Nem a PlayStation 4 Pro-ra, hanem a konzol jövőbeli verzióira építünk [a Gran Turismo Sporttal], amit szerintem gond nélkül lehetne 8K felbontáson futtatni.”

Nocsak, ezzel konkrétan a PlayStation 5-re utalt Yamauchi, és az a konzol lesz feltehetőleg a Sony következő hardveres dobása, hacsak nem hoznak össze egy handheldet előtte. Szóval a Polyphony Digital előregondol, ami azért kicsit furcsa megközelítés.

A Gran Turismo Sport 2017 október 18-án fog megjelenni PlayStation 4-re.
