A fél órányi játékmenetet garantáló 1-Shot Demo (aminek a speedrun-rekordja már három perc alatt van…) nem Németországban lett cenzúrázva. Akkor hol?

A Resident Evil 2 Remake demója pár napja jelent meg, és elérhető PlayStation 4-re, Xbox One-ra és PC-re is. Véres lett, ami egy Resi-játéktól teljes mértékben el is várható… de cenzúrázták, mégpedig Japánban, ahol direkt külön, cenzúrázatlan változatot fog kapni az 1998-ban PlayStationre (majd más platformokra is) megjelent játék remake-je Biohazard 2 Z Version néven. (A „hazai pályán” Biohazard néven fut a sorozat.)

Tristan Cooper a Twitteren egy összehasonlító videót tett közzé a Resident Evil 2 Remake 1-Shot Demo japán és amerikai kiadásáról. Meglepően sok dologot módosítottak a japán kiadásban, de talán pont emiatt is ad ki a Capcom ott egy külön változatot egy magasabb korhatárbesorolással (amit arrafelé a CERO oszt ki, a PEGI ottani megfelelője).

A Resident Evil 2 Remake január 25-én jön ki PlayStation 4-re, Xbox One-ra és PC-re – a demót 31-éig érhetjük el.
