A Deck 13 játéka ingyenesen kipróbálható lesz, ha esetleg nehéz a döntés, hogy érdekel-e a Lords of the Fallen fejlesztőinek újdonsága avagy sem.

A demó jövő héten érkezik PC-re, PlayStation 4-re és Xbox One-ra, és a Twitteren olvasható az is, hogy a PlayStation 4 Pro 1080p/60 FPS vagy dinamikus 4K/30 FPS módot és HDR-t is kínálni fog. Ezzel szemben még kérdéses az Xbox One X-támogatás, mint ahogy az is, hogy pontosan mikor és mit is fog a demó tartalmazni.

Mivel a sci-fi Dark Soulsnak is gúnyolható The Surge nem annyira borzalmas (főképp technikailag nevezhető jónak), egy próbát mindenféleképpen megér, ha még nem lenne a játék a birtokunkban. Ezzel egyidőben egy új patch is jött – a patchnote itt olvasható.
