Duke Nukem ismét visszatér – ezúttal PlayStation 3-on és Vitán is, a Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition kiadáson keresztül. A csomagban tehát benne van a Duke Nukem 3D és három kiegészítője felújított változata is, illetve eredeti alapjáték.

Többjátékos módban egyszerre lőhetjük egymást nyolcan küzdhetnek, ráadásul Vitások és PS3-asok vegyesen, egymás ellen. Milyen mélyenszántó bölcsességet tudnánk még az alant látható trailerhez hozzátenni? Csak ennyit:
